- A new study found that the iguanodont Dakotadon lakotaensis lived in the early Cretaceous, “making it one of the earliest types of such dinosaurs known from North America” according to SD Mines and PeerJ
- A new study published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences confirmed that the chemical structure of melasonomes can tell the color of dinosaurs, according to The Atlantic and Mirror
- In West VA, Davis & Elkins College will be presenting the musical comedy “The Dinosaur Musical” on Oct. 21, 22 and 25
- Rowan University in NJ is buying a 65-acre quarry for 2 million dollars, according to North Jersey
